Digital Products

All Bardago digital products (including audio content and downloadable materials) are delivered electronically.

  • Digital purchases are available immediately after checkout or via the email address provided at purchase.
  • No physical shipping is required for digital content.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Bardago offers select print-on-demand merchandise. These items are produced specifically for each order and shipped directly to you.

Processing Time

Production timelines vary depending on the print-on-demand vendor creating your item. Most products are typically produced within 2–5 business days, and we make every effort to offer quick turnaround times across all merchandise.

Shipping Times

Shipping timelines also vary by vendor and destination. As general guidance:

  • United States: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after production.

  • International: Delivery may take 7–21 business days after production, depending on location and customs.

Please note these are estimates and may be influenced by carrier delays, holidays, or local customs processes.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for print-on-demand items are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

  • There are no shipping charges for digital products.

Order Tracking

For physical orders, tracking information will be provided when available once your item ships. 

International Shipping & Customs

International customers may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an item is returned to the sender, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
