Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

This includes audio content, downloadable materials, and digital access products. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at hello@bardago.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Our physical merchandise is made to order through third-party print-on-demand vendors. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the incorrect item

To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

 

How to Request Support

Please email hello@bardago.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage (if applicable)

Once approved, we will process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

  • Digital products
  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Customer preference or buyer’s remorse
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Please review all product descriptions and sizing details carefully before placing your order.

Refund Timing

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
